Based at the Beverley campus, this role sits within the Land-based Agriculture department and focuses on delivering high-quality livestock programmes. You'll play a key role in developing engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences that reflect modern livestock practice, while supporting learners throughout their academic journey.
This position is perfect for someone from a livestock or mixed-farming background, but we are also open to candidates with experience in wider agricultural disciplines who want to move into training.

The role:
Teaching apprentices and learners specific courses on livestock and livestock management
Developing practical learning experiences and ensuring learner progression
Mentoring and supporting learners throughout their studies
Working closely with the Curriculum Team Leader and wider agriculture department
Based at a well-resourced land-based campus in Beverley
Full-time, permanent position (37-39 hours per week)
The person:
Comes from an agricultural background with strong livestock experience
Knowledgeable about modern livestock practices and animal husbandry
Passionate about educating and inspiring the next generation of farmers
Interested in moving into a trainer role with full support and training
