Job Description

Studio Manager High Growth Social First Brand Manchester Salary up to 50k Basic

A colourful, culture-led lifestyle brand with a strong presence across social platforms, product drops and experiential campaigns is looking for a Studio Manager to keep creative production running smoothly, fast and to a seriously high standard. This is the person who makes sure ideas don't get stuck, deadlines aren't missed and the studio can keep up with a brand that never really slows down.

The ideal Studio Manager loves organised chaos, thrives in energy-filled environments and gets a kick out of making things run better every week. Think fast launches, constant content, bold ideas and a business where creative actually matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the Engine

  • Build clear workflows so everyone knows what's happening and when
  • Turn messy briefs into clear direction and production plans
  • Keep the whole content pipeline visible and moving - no surprises, no scramble
  • Balance fast-turn social with bigger campaign drops and BAU activity
  • Make sure nothing slips or duplicates, even when priorities change hourly

Owning the Plan

  • Run the studio calendar and production schedule
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop and confident in delivery
  • Prioritise based on impact, demand and deadlines
  • Protect creative time so the work stays high quality, not just fast

Quality Control without the Drama

  • Set briefing standards that actually work
  • Check assets before they go out - social, paid, campaign, retail, 3D
  • Reduce rounds of feedback by making alignment happen up front

Supporting the Team

  • Manage creatives across design, video and 3D
  • Assign work based on skill, workload and urgency
  • Spot capability gaps and get ahead of them
  • Be the go-to link between creative and the wider business

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in studio ops, production management or creative operations
  • Experience running a busy studio or content engine
  • Strong workflow, planning and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator who keeps everyone aligned (creatives + leadership)
  • Proven experience fixing broken or unclear processes
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce
  • Exposure to fast content cycles and campaign launches
  • Working knowledge of multidisciplinary creative teams

Why This Is Cool

This Studio Manager role sits inside a hyper-creative, scale-up environment where things actually get made; fast. For someone who loves pace, culture, collaboration and "let's just make it happen" energy, this Studio Manager position offers serious ownership and real impact from day one.
