We re working with a Milton Keynes based business that is looking for an experienced
Project Coordinator to join on a temporary basis to support a key phase of stakeholder engagement activity.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring communications, coordination, and project activity are delivered smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities - Project coordination across multiple workstreams
- Providing strong administrative support to ensure projects stay on track
- Managing and organising communications across the business and wider network
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, ensuring communications land effectively
- Delivering multi-channel communications (internal, network, and stakeholder-facing)
- Liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders at different levels
- Supporting the completion and sign-off of stakeholder engagement activity
About You - Proven experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who engages outwardly across the business
- Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with different communication channels and stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
