Temporary Communication Project Coordinator
Milton Keynes
Start: 23rd February End: 30th April
£37.50 per hour
40 hours per week 08 30 (1 hour unpaid break)
Hybrid dependent on business requirements

We re working with a Milton Keynes based business that is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join on a temporary basis to support a key phase of stakeholder engagement activity.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring communications, coordination, and project activity are delivered smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Providing strong administrative support to ensure projects stay on track
  • Managing and organising communications across the business and wider network
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement, ensuring communications land effectively
  • Delivering multi-channel communications (internal, network, and stakeholder-facing)
  • Liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders at different levels
  • Supporting the completion and sign-off of stakeholder engagement activity
About You
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who engages outwardly across the business
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with different communication channels and stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
