Role Customer Previews Support Coordinator Duration 12 weeks (April - June) My client is looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to support the delivery and day-to-day management of the on-site showroom spaces during the Customer Previews period. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, physically agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain showroom spaces to a high standard before, during, and after Customer Previews Pack, unpack, and manage product samples, including accurate indexing, storage, and tracking Support room set-ups, including moving light furniture and resetting spaces as required Assist with basic technical setup (e.g. screens, AV equipment) to ensure rooms are fully functional Work from briefs with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and problem-solving as needed About You: Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of both physical and organisational tasks Well-organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when managing product samples and inventory Confident working independently and able to operate effectively with limited supervision Calm and adaptable, particularly during busy preview periods Some prior experience in showroom support, events, retail operations, or similar environments is preferred

My client is an accredited and are currently working towards AS9100 certification. They specialise in delivering precision-machined components for a wide range of high-value industries, including Medical, Motorsport, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Aerospace. Operating from a modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility, the company has made significant investments in machinery, technology, and people to support continued growth. Now seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join their well-equipped Inspection Department and play a key role in supporting the company s ongoing expansion. Key Technical Skills Previous experience in a similar inspection role, ideally within aerospace or precision component manufacturing, with knowledge of AS9100 standards. Proficiency in using standard calibrated measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, verniers, shadowgraphs). Hands-on experience with CMM inspection methods, both manual and CNC (familiarity with Aberlink systems/software is advantageous, though training will be provided). Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience producing accurate FAIR documentation, including AS9102 compliance for aerospace. This role sits within the Supply Chain function and plays a key part in supporting the planning and execution of the permanent display programme. As a Display Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative processes that underpin successful display delivery. You ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution across new product launches (NPD) and seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, Easter, and Mother s Day. This is a fast-paced position within the Display team, requiring strong organisation and adaptability to ensure displays are designed, produced, and delivered on time.
