Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to join us during an exciting period of transformation. We currently do not have a dedicated procurement function, so we need a skilled professional to establish best practices, provide expert advice, and support the organisation while they recruit a permanent solution.

Description

  • Review current purchasing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practice and compliance requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations and supplier management.
  • Lay the foundations for a future permanent procurement function.

Profile

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, ideally in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practice.
  • Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

  • A day rate of 450/ 500 inside IR35.
  • Based in London or Surrey.
  • Short-term contract - 3 months.
