Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Full-Time Temporary to Permenant Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Adecco is proud to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a well-established company that provides essential services to the healthcare sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in coordinating schedules and ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.

• Managing incoming telephone enquiries in a polite, professional, and effective manner.
• Coordinating work schedules for Field Service Engineers, including deliveries, collections, repairs, and safety inspections.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and service users, some of whom may have communication challenges.
• Prioritising workloads and managing time effectively in a busy environment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills, including Word and database management.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
