We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a high profile outdoor retail store based at Cotswold Designer Outlet.

As Store Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of store performance and commercial results
• Drive sales, conversion and ATV through strong leadership and coaching
• Lead and motivate a large retail team in a high footfall outlet environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and brand standards at all times
• Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales and stock flow
• Recruit, train and develop your team to build a high performing culture
• Oversee stock control, compliance, audits and health and safety
• Use commercial reporting to identify opportunities and improve profitability

We are looking for a Store Manager who has:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within outlet, fashion, outdoor, footwear or lifestyle retail
• A strong commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and P&L
• The ability to lead, develop and retain a high performing retail team
• A hands on, results driven leadership style
• Passion for delivering great service in a fast paced retail environment
