Our Client is looking for a motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our thriving Residential Conveyancing Team. The Role
As a key member of our growing conveyancing team, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and review contract packs, undertake title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and oversee exchange, completion and post-completion work.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Work in line with AML, SRA and lender requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Keep detailed file notes and make full use of our case management system to support a streamlined workflow.
About You
You're the ideal candidate if you bring:
- 5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing - managing or assisting with a caseload.
- Solid knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process and associated documents.
- CQS registration/completion.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence in client-facing work, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a supportive team structure.
Desirable Experience
While not essential, we'd love it if you also have:
- Experience dealing with leasehold, new build, or shared ownership transactions.
- Familiarity with Land Registry portals, LMS, Lender Exchange, and modern case management systems.
