You will be responsible for:

• Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service every day
• Driving store sales and performance through strong commercial leadership
• Managing KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer experience
• Creating a premium environment through high standards and visual presentation
• Coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential
• Managing store operations including stock, payroll, rotas, and compliance
• Recruiting, training, and retaining great people for your store
• Taking full ownership of the store and delivering results consistently

We are looking for a Store Manager who has:
