Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic and growing logistics company in Redditch, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their Time Critical team on a permanent night shift.

Your Duties:

• Managing time-critical customer orders by phone and email.
• Quoting for Airfreight, Road, and Hand Carry solutions.
• Sourcing suppliers and tracking shipments across the UK and Europe.
• Resolving issues such as line stoppages and ensuring accurate administrative close-out of jobs.

Requirements:

• Must have: European planning experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently at night.
• Computer literate and financially aware (profit maximisation)

Package:

• Schedule: 4 on / 4 off (7 pm - 7 am).
• Pay: Competitive Salary + 10% Shift Allowance.
