Job Title: Sewing Operative
Location: Ledbury
Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (with possible overtime)
Salary: 12.50 per hour (weekly pay) & holiday pay this will increase in April 2026

About The Role:
We are looking for a sewing operative to join our client's production team, carrying out industrial sewing as part of the fabrication process. The role involves sewing webbing straps onto the products, using one of the two different sewing machines.
You will work to clear specifications and quality standards, ensuring right-first-time production while meeting customer deadlines. The role also includes associated fabrication tasks such as assembly, and packing.
While previous manufacturing or industrial sewing experience is beneficial, full training is provided.

- Previous manufacturing and/or industrial sewing experience is desirable
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure, with confidence and approachability
- Strong focus on maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
