  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Support with compliance and policy updates within the department.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the People Operations function.

Profile

A successful People Administrator should have:
