The Role:

• Lead and manage the on-site Hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning and hygiene operations meet required standards
• Maintain and update hygiene documentation, cleaning instructions, risk assessments, and schedules to meet BRC and customer requirements
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for hygiene and waste-handling staff

The Candidate:

• Experience within a managerial position within a food or FMCG manufacturing business
• Strong understanding of BRC standards, customer audits, and compliance documentation
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles
