We re recruiting on behalf of a lovely client based in Hayes, who are seeking a capable and values-driven HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and fulfilling role, ideal for someone looking to use their HR skills while also taking the lead on social and environmental value activities. If you re CIPD-qualified and passionate about making a difference both within the business and in the wider community we d love to hear from you.
About the role: Working closely with the wider HR and leadership teams, you ll provide high-quality support across the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee engagement. You ll also have real ownership of the organisation s Social Value agenda, coordinating volunteering initiatives, building relationships with local community groups, and contributing to key tenders and reports.
