Reward Analyst - Initial 6 Month FTC

40,000 + benefits Hybrid / Flexible location

We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent.

Reporting into the Lead Reward & Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.

What you'll be doing

You'll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:

  • Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)

  • Distributing pay and bonus files

  • Data validation and sense-checking

  • Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)

  • Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes

  • Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)

  • Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)

What we're looking for

  • Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

  • Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail

  • Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams

  • Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach

  • Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential

  • Contract: 6-month FTC (with potential to go permanent)

  • Salary: Starting around 40k, with flexibility depending on experience

  • Location: Flexible / hybrid (open to a few locations)
