Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting Webchat Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on a temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international gifting platform where you will be responding to customer chat messages. This role will mainly be Web chat based however may involve some telephone calls.
The hourly rate is 12.21 per hour and this is a full-time, office-based role Monday to Sunday 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Responding to customer queries via online chat service
- Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Escalating any urgent customer queries to the relevant team
- Ensuring all messages are friendly, informative and are written out correctly
- Providing excellent customer service at all times and representing this fantastic brand with excellence
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You should have a clear desire to work in customer service
- You should be passionate about helping customers to a high level
- You must have excellent communication skills
- Being reliable is essential
- Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various systems
