Caretaker

Position: Caretaker
Location: Liverpool, L23
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Hours: Split Shift - 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:15 PM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: 12.65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Furniture Handling: Help move and set up furniture for various events and needs.
• Cleaning Duties: Keep communal areas sparkling clean by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste efficiently.
• Gate Management: Open and close gates at scheduled times while monitoring access to ensure security.
• Support Tasks: Be a "willing pair of hands" providing general assistance around the premises.
• General Maintenance: Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks with ease.
• Basic DIY or maintenance skills are a plus.
• Must hold an enhanced DBS Check for Schools for safeguarding purposes.
