Location : Stansted (Onsite)
Hours: 9am-5pm (Mon-Thurs) & 9-4.30 (Fri)
Salary: 27-30,000 PLUS Yearly BONUS (performance dependant)

50% Warehouse & 50% Administration.

What You'll Do:

• Process invoicing and dispatching of sales orders accurately and on time.
• Contact customers prior to shipment to confirm delivery details, schedules, and special requirements.
• Support the Logistics Manager with operational planning, reporting, and daily logistics activities.
• Lead the warehouse function, including Booking goods-in and updating inventory records,

Preparing shipments for dispatch

• Coordinate and process export orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and required documentation.
• Arrange transportation and direct runs, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Assist and support in quarterly, half-yearly, and annual stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Loading & unloading goods off delivery vans.

Moving pallet stock

Booking in deliveries & stock, purchasing & ensuring stock is replenished.

Quality control is checked on all items, incoming & outgoing.

• Liaise with internal teams including sales, engineering, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to invoicing, dispatch, logistics, and inventory
