Are you passionate about food and driven by innovation? We're looking for a Development Technologist to join our dynamic NPD team and help bring exciting new products to life! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of food, supporting product launches, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the backbone of our Development Team, working across a diverse customer base to deliver exceptional products.
• Champion the gated NPD process, managing key admin tasks and supporting feasibility and stage-gate meetings.
• Own compliance checks and nutritional data generation (using NutriCalc), ensuring products meet customer policies and legislation.
• Prepare spot-on documentation for customer submissions-forms, tasting booklets, and more.
• Conduct benchmarking to keep our products ahead of the curve.
• Dive into hands-on validation work-from cooking trials to freeze-thaw testing.
• Stay ahead of food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support factory trials and scale-ups for smooth product launches.
• Promote a food-first culture internally and externally.
• Manage recipe input and raw material sourcing to keep projects on track.
• Assist with product sampling and build robust QAS documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in a food-related discipline.
• A genuine passion for food and innovation.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to develop products to cost.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with internal systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with knowledge of nutrition and ability to calculate nutritional info.
