Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator from a financial services / IFA environment

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory team.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules effectively.
  • Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all processes.

Profile

A successful Senior Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial advisory processes and compliance requirements.
