Your New Role
As Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will support the Damp and Mould Manager in delivering high-quality maintenance services across Croydon's housing stock. You will diagnose issues, raise and allocate work orders, inspect completed works, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves significant site work, managing complex customer needs, and working collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
