The Opportunity

A top-tier, highly respected law firm based in central Manchester is looking to recruit a junior but high calibre Residential Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to join its specialist property team.

This role offers something genuinely different from a traditional residential conveyancing position. The team handles a diverse and high-quality workload, acting on residential and commercial plot sales, residential investment transactions, property auctions, and conveyancing for high-net-worth individuals. Matters are not volume-driven, and the emphasis is firmly on quality, complexity, and client service.

The Property role includes:
  • You will join a specialist property team working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of interesting and often complex matters, including:
  • Residential and commercial plot sales

  • Conveyancing for high-net-worth individuals
  • A mix of residential and commercial property transactions

About You
  • The firm is keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
