Description
- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial conveyancing cases from instruction to completion.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to property transactions.
- Conduct searches and review property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Provide updates and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure all files and documentation comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with any additional tasks related to conveyancing as required by the team.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
