Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator - Southend

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time

Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? Our client in Southend is looking for a Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Assisting customers with queries and providing accurate information
  • Updating and maintaining records on internal systems
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
