Job Description

We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established education catering operation in Bristol BS8 for a Chef de Partie to join their full-time kitchen team.

Key Details

  • Contract: 40 hours per week
  • Work pattern: 5 days over 7
  • Rota: 2-week rolling rota
    • 4 days off every 14 days
    • Every other weekend off
  • Shift times:
    • Earliest start: 06:00
    • Latest finish: 20:00

Duties of the CDP

  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  • Work across sections as required
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
  • Support smooth service delivery
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team

What we are looking for

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
  • Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working structured rotas
