Duties of Breakfast chef

• Prepare and deliver breakfast service
• Follow set menus and dietary requirements
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
• Support smooth morning service

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with early starts
• Good understanding of food hygiene
