Responsibilities of Chef de Partie

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen section
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and wastage reduction
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are strictly adhered to

About you

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant, hotel, or private members club
  • Strong technical skills and passion for fresh, quality ingredients
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Calm, professional attitude under pressure
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
