Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Executive Director
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and senior leadership teams
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate special projects and ensure timely delivery of priorities

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in the Charity sector
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Offer

  • Salary: 39,000- 43,000 per annum
