Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Executive Director
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and senior leadership teams
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate special projects and ensure timely delivery of priorities
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in the Charity sector
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Job Offer
- Salary: 39,000- 43,000 per annum
- Hybrid working model (London office + remote flexibility)
