Description

  • Process invoices and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Respond to finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
