Location: Harlow / North Essex
Pay Rate: 21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our team working on social housing properties in Harlow / North Essex. This is a mobile role, so you will be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high quality
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in a similar role
• Experience in social housing / Domestic
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
