Painter and Decorator Social Housing London / Essex

Location: Harlow / North London & South London /Croydon
Pay Rate: 21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties across Harlow and Croydon. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including:
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Finishing work
  • Mould washing
  • Surface preparation (prepping)
• Complete reactive maintenance and planned works in social housing properties
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is finished to a high quality
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social housing or domestic properties
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Standard DBS check (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting & Decorating (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
