What You'll Do:
As a Housing Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood delivery team, ensuring our communities flourish and that our residents feel valued and supported. Your role will involve:
- Leadership & Performance: - Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
- - Set clear priorities through regular meetings and performance reviews.
- Allocations & Tenancy Management: - Drive efficient allocation processes and ensure robust tenancy management.
- - Oversee complex cases and lead on multi-agency coordination when needed.
- Community Engagement: - Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners.
- - Champion customer involvement, ensuring their voices shape local initiatives.
- Regulatory Assurance: - Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards.
- - Maintain an assurance trail on decision-making and case outcomes.
What You Bring:
