Head of Logistics Fashion London 90k
(Perfect step-up for an ambitious Logistics Manager)
We're looking for a sharp, energetic logistics professional ready to take the next step and own the entire logistics function for a fast-paced, omni-channel fashion retailer. If you've cut your teeth in fashion/retail logistics and want real influence, this is your move.
You'll lead the end-to-end flow of product across retail, e-commerce and wholesale channels, partnering closely with our 3PL to deliver great service, strong stock accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. This is a Head Office role working hand-in-hand with Buying, Merch, Retail, Digital and Finance - so you'll be at the centre of the action.
What You'll Lead
Day-to-day performance of our 3PL - SLAs, service, accuracy, costs
Warehouse operations via the 3PL: inbound, storage, picking, packing, returns
Distribution across all channels: stores, online customers, wholesale
Peak-trading readiness (seasonal launches, sale, Black Friday, Christmas)
Continuous improvement, transformation projects, and WMS/process optimisation
Cross-functional collaboration in Head Office to improve stock flow and customer delivery experience
What You'll Bring
Fashion/apparel/footwear logistics or supply-chain experience
Strong exposure to 3PL management and warehouse operations
Confident communicator who can challenge and influence across the business
Hands-on operator with a continuous-improvement mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-moving Head Office environment
Ambitious, solutions-focused and ready to step into a bigger leadership role
