Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in the production of management accounts and budgets.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and management accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
