We re recruiting for an Inventory Handler to join a small, close-knit materials team within a highly respected global manufacturer based in Kings Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the business.

What you ll be doing:

• Picking and packing parts for internal departments and external customers
• Controlling stock levels and supporting with stock counts and replenishment
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records
• Assisting with version testing and ongoing process improvements
• Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical ways to make things more efficient
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional internal service

What we re looking for:

• Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or inventory environment
• Confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all day
