In this role, you'll lead the IT service delivery across a cluster of schools, working closely with headteachers, on site technicians and the central IT leadership team. You'll line manage technical staff, oversee service desk performance, act as the escalation point for complex issues, and ensure each school has a clear development plan aligned with the wider trust strategy. Although the role is primarily leadership focused, you'll step in hands on when needed to support continuity across your schools.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced IT Manager or Service Delivery Lead who has managed technical teams, understands multi site IT operations, and is ready to take the next step into a role with wider strategic responsibility and real impact.
