The Role
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Estates and Capital team
  • Oversee capital projects from planning through delivery
  • Ensure compliance across Health & Safety, maintenance, and facilities
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and leases across a large estate portfolio
  • Deliver sustainability and energy efficiency improvements
  • Advise the leadership team on all estates, property, and capital matters
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performance
The Person
  • Degree-qualified in estates, construction, or property management
  • Strong leadership experience within estates or facilities management
  • Proven track record of managing capital projects and large budgets
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and compliance frameworks
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to deliver and motivate teams
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, BIFM, or similar) desirable
  • Experience within the education or public sector is advantageous
