Profile

A successful CI Engineer should have:

• Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• A relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
