Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 2 days in the office per week)

Are you ready to take the lead in delivering transformational change within the utilities sector? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join our Programme Delivery team within the Transformation and Major Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a flexible central pool of Programme and Project professionals dedicated to supporting major deliveries across our client's portfolio.

What You'll Do:

As a Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering high-impact programs towards success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Programme Planning: Prepare and maintain the Programme Plan with regular progress reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Governance Leadership: Design and lead the programme's governance arrangements, ensuring high-quality materials are produced for executive governance.
• Budget Management: Oversee the programme's budget, monitoring expenditure and ensuring benefits are realized.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure the right skills and resources are allocated to individual workstreams for optimal performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that products and services meet required standards for quality, time, and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Manage communications with stakeholders and contribute to the Communications Plan.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues at a programme level, working closely with key stakeholders to find the best solutions.
• Holistic Change Delivery: Oversee the delivery of business change, covering people, processes, and technology.
• Programme Management Office (PMO): Manage an effective PMO, reporting on programme progress regularly.
• Contract Management: Act as the first point of escalation for the Primary Third Party delivery partner, if applicable.

• Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
• Confidence in engaging with and challenging senior executive stakeholders as necessary.
