Location: Home-based with travelling distance of Somerset and Devon (specifically Paignton, Yeovile, Holsworthy and Axbridge).

Salary : 43,458

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Fostering charities in Somerset in order to help them find a Senior Supervising social worker, full-time.

This post is mostly working from home with once per month travel to Bristol office. Foster carers location are ; Paignton, Yeovile, Holsworthy and Axbridge. There will be travel involved to see the carers every 4-6 weeks. Someone who lives close to Somerset and Devon would be in a good location for this post.

You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Senior Supervising social worker:

• Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carers
• Updating assessments of current carers
• Being part of the OOH call system - this will be paid additionally

Requirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFA
