Commercial Business Partner - Property

I am currently recruiting for Finance Business Partner within property. The role will be for 6 months at least and will be paying up to £600 p/day.

Key Responsibilities

• Suitable experience in local authority to lead day to day financial planning, budgeting processes particularly around the Property and Strategic Assets Directorate (challenge where required)
• Providing financial advice and support on savings, growth, options appraisals, and other strategic initiatives across the Directorate including the budget setting process/MTFP/ etc.
• Review and align the MTFP with the recently applied "corporate landlord" model.
• Deputise and support Strategic Business Partner with key projects.
