Employability Team Leader - West London

Morgan Hunt is working with a market-leading Welfare to Work provider, recruiting for an Employability Team Leader in West London. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £39,000 to £46,000 depending on experience and skills. The role involves supporting and managing a team of Employment Specialists who assist clients with mental health and disabilities into employment within their communities. The successful candidate will oversee team performance to ensure contractual targets are met, with a hybrid working model that combines community engagement with office work.

1. Managing a team of up to 8 Employment Specialists
2. Ensuring the team achieves the required number of job starts per month
3. Engaging with external stakeholders
4. Ensuring team compliance with frameworks and regulations
5. Creating and providing performance reports

1. Proven experience managing a team in a target-driven environment
2. Knowledge of the welfare to work market
3. Experience engaging employers or stakeholders
4. Experience working with mental health clients or in mental health settings (desirable)
5. Minimum of a grade C in Maths and English or equivalent
6. Proficiency with various systems

1. Salary up to £46,000 depending on skills and experience
2. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
