Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Furniture Assembler & Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Snetterton.

This is a practical, hands-on role that combines furniture assembly with general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble a wide range of flat-pack furniture, including tables and bedroom items
• Conduct quality checks before packaging
• Pick and prepare parts and components from storage
• Wrap and package completed furniture ready for loading
• Work to schedules set by the warehouse manager to ensure timely dispatch
• Assist with unloading deliveries including furniture and pallets when required
• Pick and prepare furniture and furnishings for dispatch

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in moving and handling furniture
• Confident in assembling furniture and using hand tools
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
