Account Manager - What s in it for you?

Account Manager what you'll be doing:
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
- Proactively engaging with new clients and turning enquiries into loyal customers
- Keeping the internal database accurate and up to date
- Understanding each client s specific needs and offering tailored solutions
- Providing clear and timely updates about order progress
- Creating concise, detailed briefs for the design team to help bring customer visions to life
Account Manager - What you ll bring to the team:
- Previous experience in an office-based role
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and brilliant organisational abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A warm, outgoing personality and a proactive mindset
