We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to play a key role in supporting and evolving our internal and customer-facing network infrastructure. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic engineering environment where reliability, security, and performance are essential.

The networks underpinning these services are critical to daily operations, and this role plays a key part in maintaining their stability, performance, and security.
As a Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of network delivery - from initial configuration and deployment to ongoing optimisation and support. Working alongside internal specialists and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, apply best practices in secure network design, and help ensure high levels of system availability and performance.
We value engineers who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a range of technologies and protocols across both Cisco and Fortinet platforms.
The role:
- Network Engineer
- Design, support, and manage internal and customer networks (Cisco/Fortinet)
- Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, QoS, IP SLA, and firewalls
- Support satellite, maritime, and secure government systems in high-availability settings
- Maintain network documentation, assist with commissioning new networks
- Work closely with IT, Engineering, and customer teams to maintain secure, resilient infrastructure
The person:
- Experience supporting and maintaining secure networks
- Hands-on knowledge of Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) and Cisco (routers, switches, IOS-XE)
- Comfortable with VPNs, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VOIP QoS, and Linux systems
- Eligible for SC Clearance
