PageGroup are delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG business based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join for a 12 months interim role.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is mostly site-based but can offer some hybrid working - business needs dependent. Circa 4-5 days per week on-site.
Description
Reporting to the HR Director and part of the site SLT, this varied and fast-paced role offers an excellent career opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fantastic transformation phase for this prestigious brand.
The role of HRBP will oversee a small team and include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Partner with management and leadership to provide expert advice on people matters
- Oversee the team to lead employee relations activities
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance reviews.
- Drive engagement programmes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to deliver integrated HR services.
- Support the wider HR team with UK HR projects and initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast paced sector such as manufacturing, distribution, FMCG etc
- Ideally you will have experience of working with trade unions in previous roles
- Ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships

- Car Allowance 7000
