An Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:
- Lead on strategic Business Partner
- Provide support with organisational change
- Support on post change activity, including culture, engagement and leadership development
- Support with strategic initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and developing people plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Develop performance management approaches and improve overall efficiency's
- Support with the tender of a new HRIS
Profile
An Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:
- Previous strategic business partnering experience
- Able to start within short notice
- Previous experience leading changing programs and supporting an organisation through change
- Open to sector background
Job Offer

Up to day rate equivalent of 68,000 dependent on experience
