What You'll Do:
As the Temporary Homeownership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive a professional, cost-effective, and high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leasehold Management: Deliver outstanding leasehold management services, including Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that our customers experience high-quality service tailored to their needs, with effective communication and easy access to services.
- Service Charges Management: Accurately set management fees and service charges, ensuring financial controls and maintaining appropriate balances in sinking funds.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver planned works effectively and continuously improve services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on performance metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Leadership & Culture Change: Manage team resources and budgets to achieve performance targets while promoting our core values of respect, creativity, and excellence.

- Has experience in managing and developing teams to meet objectives.
- Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possesses strong knowledge of leasehold management and property maintenance.
- Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Has strong analytical skills and can handle financial information effectively.
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence and has access to a car.

Qualifications:
- Essential: A-level standard or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Desirable: Property-related degree or qualification; IRPM level 3 or above.
