Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: Full Time

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Chester-based client's team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on candidate engagement, market research, and supporting high-level executive search assignments. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, playing a vital role in identifying and nurturing top-tier talent.

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
• Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent research to support executive search projects.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for senior leadership and director-level roles.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and directors to understand client briefs and role requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates through initial conversations and competency-based assessments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Support the delivery of search projects by co-ordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.

• Experience in a resourcing, research, or recruitment support role; ideally within executive search or professional services.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with senior-level candidates.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Curious, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
