Finance Business Partner

We're currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking business based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit a talented and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing strategic decisions across a business.

As Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a key link between finance and operations-supporting senior stakeholders with meaningful insight, robust analysis, and data-led decision making. You'll play a central role in driving performance, improving processes, and shaping the financial strategy of your business units.

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insight

• Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and management reports

• Conduct detailed variance analysis and scenario modelling

• Support investment decisions through financial modelling and business case evaluation

• Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance

• Contribute to wider transformation and process improvement projects

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

• Strong business partnering experience in a commercial environment

• Proven ability to challenge and influence at a senior level

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Confident working across both finance and non-finance teams

• Degree in accountancy, economics or business.

• Base salary up to 75,000 (depending on experience)

• Hybrid working - typically 3 days in the office
